RRB Various Posts Level 1 Admit Card 2026 - Download Now

RRB has notified CEN 09/2025 for Level 1 posts and candidates will download CBT city intimation and e-call letter (admit card) from official RRB websites. City intimation will be available about 10 days before CBT and admit card about 4 days before the exam.

Opening

Railway Recruitment Boards (RRB) have issued the Centralised Employment Notification (CEN) No. 09/2025 for recruitment to Various Posts in Level 1 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix. Candidates will be able to download City Intimation, e-Call Letter (Admit Card) and Travel Authority (wherever applicable) from the official RRB/RRC websites.

As per the notice, the CBT will be conducted through Computer Based Test (CBT) (single stage; Railways may conduct single or multi-stage CBT). Candidates qualifying in CBT will be called for PET, followed by Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination (ME).

Admit Card Details

  • Admit Card / e-Call Letter will be available for download only online from the official RRB websites.
  • City Intimation for CBT will be provided about 10 days before the exam date.
  • e-Call Letter for CBT can be downloaded about 4 days before the CBT date.
  • No admit card will be sent by post.
  • Candidates must download:
    • City & Date Intimation
    • e-Call Letter (Admit Card)
    • Travel Authority (wherever applicable)

Documents to Carry (CBT / PET / DV / ME)

Candidates must carry the following as mentioned in the notice:

  • Printed e-Call Letter
  • Valid ORIGINAL Photo ID (any one):
    • Voter ID
    • Aadhaar Card / e-Aadhaar printout
    • Driving License
    • PAN Card
    • Passport
    • Valid employer ID (for government employees)
    • School/College/University Photo ID (if still studying)
  • One colour passport photograph (not older than 2 months from the date of the stage: CBT/PET/DV/ME)

Exam Instructions (CBT)

  • Negative Marking: 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  • Banned Items: Mobile phone, smartwatch, Bluetooth devices, calculators, books, papers, pens/pencils, bags, food items, water bottle, etc. are not allowed inside the test centre.
  • Candidates should not carry pen/pencil; pen will be provided at the exam centre.
  • Candidates are advised not to apply henna on hands/feet as it may obstruct biometric capture.
  • Cloak room may not be available; avoid bringing valuables.

  • Duration: 90 minutes

PET (Physical Efficiency Test) Criteria

Passing PET is mandatory and qualifying in nature (as per notice). Criteria:

  • Male:

    • Lift and carry 35 kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes (one chance) without putting weight down
    • Run 1000 meters in 4 minutes 15 seconds (one chance)
  • Female:

    • Lift and carry 20 kg for 100 meters in 2 minutes (one chance) without putting weight down
    • Run 1000 meters in 5 minutes 40 seconds (one chance)

Special points mentioned:

  • PwBD candidates are exempted from PET (but must pass prescribed medical examination).
  • Course Completed Act Apprentices (CCAA) are exempted from PET.
  • Ex-Servicemen (ExSM) are exempted from PET.
  • Transgender candidates will get relaxed PET standards equivalent to female standards.
  • Pregnant female candidates: PET participation/temporary unfit procedure will be as per the notice.

Free Travel Authority (SC/ST)

  • Free Sleeper Class Railway Pass is admissible to SC/ST candidates only (on request).
  • For eligible SC/ST candidates who opt for free travel, the e-call letter will contain the free travel authority.
  • During travel, candidates must carry original SC/ST certificate and original prescribed photo ID.
