Age Relaxation
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years.
- OBC Non-Creamy Layer candidates: 3 years.
- PwBD candidates: 10 years.
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 years after deduction of military service rendered from the actual age, subject to the conditions in the notification.
- Persons ordinarily domiciled in Jammu and Kashmir during 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989: 5 years.
- For Management Trainee posts, PwBD relaxation is 10 years over and above the applicable SC/ST/OBC relaxation.
- For Junior Commercial Executive and Junior Assistant posts, the PwBD relaxation is 10 years, or 15 years for SC/ST PwBD candidates and 13 years for OBC PwBD candidates, over and above applicable relaxation.
- The maximum age after cumulative relaxation shall not exceed 47 years as on 09/07/2026.
Examination Pattern
The recruitment examination is a computer-based objective test. Each correct answer carries 1 mark, while 0.25 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer. The test duration is 120 minutes and the level of questions is consistent with the educational qualification prescribed for the relevant post.

The minimum qualifying marks in the Computer-Based Test are 40% for UR/EWS/OBC candidates and 35% for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen candidates.
Answer Key Details

Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of the following stages as applicable:
- Computer-Based Test.
- Shortlisting by CCI.
- Document verification and/or interview as prescribed for the relevant post.
- Medical fitness assessment.
- Appointment and completion of the prescribed probation period.
The selected candidate will remain on probation for 12 months of active service. A mandatory service bond requires the employee to serve for at least three years after joining or pay three months' basic pay in lieu of the service obligation.

Examination Cities
The examination may be conducted in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Chennai, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Patna and Jaipur. The centre, venue, examination date and timing will be communicated through the e-admit card. Requests for changes to the examination centre, venue, date or time will not be entertained.
Important Instructions
- Candidates must be Indian citizens.
- Only one post may be applied for; multiple applications are liable to rejection.
- Educational qualifications must be from recognized Universities, Institutions or Boards.
- Candidates must enter aggregate marks without rounding off decimal figures.
- Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government or PSU organizations must submit a No Objection Certificate at document verification.
- Experience certificates must be issued on the organization’s letterhead. Experience involving payment only in cash will not be counted.
- Candidates must produce original documents and photocopies during document verification.
