Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has issued an official notice that after the Computer Based Online Test, the Question Paper-cum-Answer Key will be displayed on the PSPCL website for Junior Engineer / Electrical (CRA 316/26). Candidates can download the answer key and submit objections (if any) as per the guidelines mentioned in the objection notice.

Answer Key Details
- After the online test, PSPCL will display the Question Paper-cum-Answer Key on www.pspcl.in.
- PSPCL will issue a separate notice for the objection process.
- If a candidate has any objection to the answers displayed, the candidate can file an objection as per the guidelines mentioned in the notice.
- Objections received will be reviewed by an Expert Committee.
- The final merit list will be prepared after review of objections and after applying normalization (if applicable).
- The decision of the Expert Committee will be final.

- Reserved Categories: 35% (EWS, SC, BC, Ex-Serviceman, Freedom Fighter, Sports Person, PwD)

Salary / Pay Scale
- Pay Scale as per PSPCL Financial Circular No. 21/2022 dated 17/08/2022
- Minimum / Basic Pay (7th CPC Pay Matrix): ₹35,400 per month
- Probation Period: 3 years (or as per Government of Punjab instructions)
Reservation (Key Points)
- Reservation (including women reservation) is applicable to Punjab domicile candidates only.
- Category once selected in the online application cannot be changed.
- Women reservation will be filled as per Punjab Civil Services (Reservation for Women) Rules 2020.
- PwD reservation is as per The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and Punjab Government instructions; benchmark disability means not less than 40% disability.
