Eligibility / Qualification
- Educational Qualification: Candidate must have passed Intermediate (Class 12) from UP Board or any equivalent examination recognized by the Government.
- PET Requirement: Only those candidates can apply/appear who are qualified in UPSSSC PET-2025 and have a valid PET score card.
- Important Note: Candidates having zero or negative normalized/absolute score in PET-2025 will not be considered for shortlisting for the Main Examination.
Age Limit
- Candidate must have attained 18 years and must not have attained 40 years.
- Age is calculated as per the rules mentioned in the notification (as per UP Lekhpal Service Rules).
- Age relaxation is applicable as per Uttar Pradesh Government rules for reserved categories.
Exam Pattern
The Main Examination is objective type. Negative marking is applicable: 25% (1/4) marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
