Age Relaxation (as per rules mentioned in the notification):

  • Bihar Government employees (regular service with minimum 3 years): maximum age relaxation 5 years for appearing in competitive exams for higher pay level/service/cadre.
  • Ex-Servicemen: maximum age relaxation 3 years + length of defence service, subject to the condition that actual age on cut-off date should not exceed 57 years.

Eligibility / Qualification

  • Nationality: Indian citizen.
  • Educational Qualification: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) or equivalent on or before 01/08/2025.
  • Reservation Eligibility: Benefits of reservation (including 35% women reservation) are applicable only to permanent residents of Bihar. Candidates of other states will be treated as Unreserved (UR).
