Eligibility / Qualification
ASI (Pharmacist)
- Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board/University
- Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy from an institution recognized by Central/State Government
- Must be registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
ASI (X-Ray Technician)
- Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board/University
- 2 years Diploma in Radiography from an institution recognized by Central/State Government
ASI (Lab Technician)
- Passed 10+2 with Science from a recognized Board/University
- 2 years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from an institution recognized by Central/State Government
Ex-Servicemen (ESM) Eligibility (Key Points)
- ESM who are Naib-Subedar in Army or equivalent rank in Air Force/Navy and having the trade of Pharmacist / X-Ray Technician / Lab Technician are eligible.
- Age: Military service period will be deducted from actual age; resultant age should not exceed the prescribed maximum age by more than 3 years.
- ESM must also appear in Written Exam, PST, Documentation, BVAT and Medical Examination.

- Basic Vocational Aptitude Test (BVAT) (Qualifying in nature)
- Medical Examination (DME/RME)
Final selection will be based on merit in Written Examination (category-wise merit list) subject to qualifying other stages.

Salary / Pay Scale
- Pay Level: Level-5 (7th CPC)
- Pay Scale: ₹29,200 – ₹92,300
- Plus usual and admissible allowances as applicable to Central Government employees.
- Pension: National Pension System (NPS) as applicable to Central Government employees joining on or after 01/01/2004.
