Note: Candidates who had applied earlier in CET Group C Advt. No. 1/2025 do not need to pay the fee. Only fresh applicants for CET Group D will pay the fee.

Eligibility / Qualification
Essential Qualification (for Group D posts except Sweeper, Chowkidar and Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar)
- Matriculation from a recognized Board.
- Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matriculation as one of the subjects.
Reservation Eligibility (Key Points)
- Reservation benefit is applicable only to bonafide residents of Haryana for DSC/OSC/BCA/BCB/EWS/PwBD/ESP/ESM categories.
- Reserved category candidates of other States/UTs will be treated as General category.
Certificate Date Conditions (as per advertisement)
- BCA/BCB/EWS supporting certificate must be issued on or after 01/04/2026 and on or before the closing date.
- DSC/OSC supporting certificate must be issued after 13/11/2024 and on or before the closing date.
- PwBD & ESP supporting certificate must be issued before the closing date.
- Eligibility Certificate for family member of ESM must be issued/renewed on or after 20/06/2025 and on or before the closing date.
Selection Process
- Common Eligibility Test (CET) Written Examination (Group D)
- Shortlisting based on CET marks for Group D recruitment as per applicable rules/policy
- Further recruitment steps (willingness/consent, document scrutiny etc.) will be as per HSSC process for Group D posts

Minimum Qualifying Marks
- General Category: 50%
- Reserved Category (Vertical & Horizontal): 40%
Negative Marking Rule
- No negative marking for wrong answers.
- If a candidate does not want to attempt a question, they must fill the 5th bubble.
- If the 5th bubble is not filled for an unattempted question, 1 mark will be deducted.
Salary / Pay Scale
Group D post-wise pay scale will be as per Haryana Government norms and will be notified with the post details published separately.
