Eligibility / Qualification
Educational Qualification (As on 21/07/2026)
- Graduation degree in any discipline from a University recognized by Government of India, or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
- Candidate must have valid mark-sheet / degree certificate and must be a graduate on the date of registration.
- Final result of graduation must be declared on or before 21/07/2026.
Nationality / Citizenship
A candidate must be:
- Citizen of India, or
- Subject of Nepal / Bhutan, or
- Tibetan refugee (came to India before 01/01/1962 with intention of permanent settlement), or
- Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with intention of permanent settlement in India,
Candidates under categories other than Citizen of India must have certificate of eligibility issued by Government of India.

Negative Marking
