Eligibility / Qualification

SSCW (Tech)-68 Women

• Gender: Female
• Marital Status: Unmarried
• Educational Qualification:
  • B.E./B.Tech in notified engineering streams / acceptable equivalent streams as per the notification table.
  • Final year candidates can apply, subject to conditions.

Final Year Candidates – Key Conditions

• Must be able to submit proof of passing Engineering Degree Examination along with all semester/year marksheets by 01/04/2027.
• Must produce the Engineering Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the date of commencement of training at PCTA.
• Candidates whose final year/final semester result is declared after 01/04/2027 are not eligible.

Widows of Defence Personnel (Died in Harness)

• SSCW (Tech): B.E./B.Tech in any engineering stream
• SSCW (Non-Tech) (Non-UPSC): Graduation in any discipline
• Eligible including widows with children, provided they have not remarried.
• Candidates with graduation from foreign countries are not permitted to apply.

Important Notes (As per Notification)

• Mismatch in Engineering Stream: Any variation between stream name on degree/marksheet and online application will lead to cancellation.
• Variation in Name: If candidate/parents’ name differs in documents, an affidavit is required.
