- Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) (or equivalent).
OR
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) (as per applicable NCTE provisions; the rules mention recognition after 29/07/2011 for certain programs).

Certificate Validity
