Eligibility / Qualification
Citizenship: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university (or equivalent recognized by Central Government).
- Candidate must have completed graduation and possess passing certificate/marksheet dated between 01/01/2022 and 01/06/2026 (both inclusive).
Apprenticeship / Experience Conditions:
- Candidate must be a fresher.
- Candidate must not have undergone apprenticeship training earlier in NIACL or any other organization, and must not be currently pursuing apprenticeship.
- Candidates having job experience of one or more years after completion of educational qualification are not eligible.
State Choice: Candidate must opt only one State while applying.

Merit Tie-break: If more than one candidate scores the same marks, ranking will be as per age (descending order).

Salary / Pay Scale
- Stipend: ₹12,300 per month
- Training Period: 12 months
Note: This is apprenticeship training, not employment. Apprentices will not be treated as employees of NIACL and will not receive employee benefits beyond the stipend.
