Eligibility / Qualification
Minimum Academic Qualification (Direct Recruitment):
- Must have passed Senior Secondary (12th) Examination in Arts/Science/Commerce from Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education or an equivalent examination recognized by the Government, or any higher examination.
- Must have good working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani dialects.
- Must have passed any one of the following computer qualifications:
- “O” or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC/NIELIT under the Department of Electronics, Government of India, OR
- COPA (Computer Operator & Programming Assistant) / DPCS (Data Preparation & Computer Software) certificate under NCVT/State Council of Vocational Training, OR
- Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Application from a university established by law in India or an institution recognized by the Government, OR
- Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a Government-recognized Polytechnic, OR
- RS-CIT (Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology) conducted by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota under Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited, OR
- Senior Secondary School Examination with Computer Science as an optional subject, OR
- Any equivalent or higher qualification.

Selection Process
- Competitive Examination (Shorthand + Computer Test)
- Interview (candidates qualifying in tests are called for interview as per vacancies and merit)
