Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), Jaipur has released the detailed notification for Common Eligibility Test (CET) Senior Secondary Level 2026 under Advertisement No. 08/2026. Age Relaxation (as per Rajasthan Government rules mentioned in the notification):
- General category female: 5 years
- SC / ST / OBC / MBC / EWS (Rajasthan) male: 5 years
- SC / ST / OBC / MBC / EWS (Rajasthan) female: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: up to 15 years (maximum age generally up to 50 years; up to 55 years where lower post experience is required, as per rules)
- PwD: 5 years (in addition to category relaxation as per service rules)

Eligibility / Qualification
- Candidate must have Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates appearing in the final year of Senior Secondary may apply, but must fulfill the qualification conditions as per the concerned service rules at the time of recruitment.
- CET is only an eligibility test; final recruitment will be as per the concerned department/service rules and selection process.
Minimum Qualifying Marks (as per notification):
- General: 40%
- SC / ST: 35% (5% relaxation)
CET Score Validity:
- CET score will be valid for 3 years from the result date (as per Personnel Department notification dated 16/01/2025).

Negative Marking:
- 1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Important OMR Rule (5th Option):
- Each question will have 5 options (A, B, C, D, E).
- If not attempting a question, candidate must darken Option E.
- If none of the five circles is darkened, 1/3 mark may be deducted up to 10% questions; more than 10% such questions may lead to disqualification.

CET is an eligibility test. Pay scale/salary will be as per the concerned post/service recruitment rules and will be notified in the respective recruitment advertisement for each post.
