Selection Process

1. Common Eligibility Test (CET) – Senior Secondary Level (Objective MCQ)

Important Exam Instructions (OMR / Answer Sheet)

• Each question will have five options: A, B, C, D, E.
• Candidate must darken only one circle (bubble) for each question on the OMR.
• The OMR must be filled using a Blue Ball Point Pen.
• If a candidate is not attempting a question, they must darken option E.
• If none of the five circles is darkened, 1/3 marks of that question will be deducted (as per instructions).
• After completing the paper, candidates must ensure that one bubble is filled for every question; extra 10 minutes beyond scheduled time is provided for this.
• If a candidate does not darken any of the five circles in more than 10% questions, the candidate will be disqualified.

Action Against Unfair Means / Wrong Information

• Candidates must fill correct information in the online application and follow all instructions issued by the Board/Center Superintendent/Invigilator.
• Any insolent behavior, disorderly conduct, or use/attempt of unfair means can lead to action under:
  • The Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures for Prevention of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2022 (as amended)
  • RSMSSB Prevention of Unfair Means in Board Examinations Regulations, 2016
• As per the notification, strict legal provisions include:
  • For candidates involved in unfair means: up to 3 years imprisonment and minimum fine ₹1,00,000.
  • For other persons involved/abetting organized unfair means: minimum 5 years imprisonment (extendable up to 10 years) and minimum fine ₹10,00,000 (extendable up to ₹10,00,00,000).
  • On conviction, there is also provision to be debarred from appearing in public examinations for 2 years.
