- Candidates appearing in 12th can apply, but must have passed on or before 01/01/2026.

- Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with intention of permanent settlement in India (eligibility certificate required for non-Indian citizens as per rules).
Selection Process
- Tier I (Computer Based Test)
- Tier II (Computer Based Test)
- Section IV Skill Test / Typing Test (Tier II Session II) (qualifying)
- Document Verification (DV) by User Departments after final result
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- UR: 30%
- OBC / EWS: 25%
- All other categories: 20%
Final merit is prepared based on Tier II Section I + Section II aggregate marks, subject to qualifying Section III and Section IV.
