Educational Qualification (as on 01/01/2026):

  • Candidates appearing in 12th can apply, but must have passed on or before 01/01/2026.

Nationality/Citizenship: Candidate must be:

  • Citizen of India, or
  • Subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
  • Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with intention of permanent settlement in India (eligibility certificate required for non-Indian citizens as per rules).

Selection Process

  1. Tier I (Computer Based Test)
  2. Tier II (Computer Based Test)
  3. Section IV Skill Test / Typing Test (Tier II Session II) (qualifying)
  4. Document Verification (DV) by User Departments after final result

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

  • UR: 30%
  • OBC / EWS: 25%
  • All other categories: 20%

Final merit is prepared based on Tier II Section I + Section II aggregate marks, subject to qualifying Section III and Section IV.
