- Only PET 2025 qualified candidates can apply. Shortlisting for written exam will be based on PET 2025 normalized score.

- Must have RCI registration.
- Preferential: Minimum 2 years service in Territorial Army, or NCC ‘B’ Certificate.

Stage 2: Qualifying Exam (Skill Test)
Candidates shortlisted as per written exam marks may be required to appear in a qualifying proficiency test:
A) Skill Test in Sign Language (Qualifying)
- Components:
- Text to Sign Language Conversion
- Sign Language to Text Conversion
- Text language: English only
- Qualifying criteria: Minimum 10 functional words accurately
- Time schedule: 8 minutes for each component
B) Skill Test in Braille Script (Qualifying)
- Components:
- Text to Braille Script Writing Test
- Braille Script to Text Writing Test
- Text length & time:
- Text to Braille: 150–200 words (Hindi), 10 minutes, qualify with minimum 60 words accurately
- Braille to Text: 80–100 words (Hindi), write in Hindi (Devanagari), 10 minutes, qualify with minimum 40 words accurately
Note: For posts where Sign Language/Braille is not required in eligibility, further selection may be based on written exam only.
Salary / Pay Scale
- Pay Level: Level-6
- Pay Scale: ₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400 (as per 7th CPC) plus allowances as per Uttar Pradesh Government rules.
