Result Details
- The recruitment is for PGT Computer Science in Rest of Haryana Cadre and Mewat Cadre.
- The Commission has mentioned that the final merit list is prepared by adding marks of:
- Subject Knowledge Test (87.5% weightage)
- Interview / Viva-Voce (12.5% weightage)
- The Screening Test (if conducted) is only for shortlisting and its marks are not counted in the final selection.

- Negative marking:
- 1/4 mark (0.25) deducted for each wrong answer
- If none of the five circles is darkened, 0.25 mark will be deducted
- If a candidate does not darken any of the five circles in more than 10% questions, the candidate will be disqualified
- Shortlisting rule:
- Candidates 4 times the number of advertised posts will be called for next stage, subject to minimum 25% cut-off in screening test

Eligibility / Qualification (as per notification)
For PGT Computer Science:
- M.Sc. Computer Science (Regular 2-year course) / MCA (Regular 3-year course) / BE/B.Tech (Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT) (Regular course) with 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university.
- Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or 10+2 / B.A. / M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
- Must have qualified HTET / STET.
- Consistent good academic record (as per service rules):
- 50% marks average of any three examinations from 10th / 12th / Graduation / Post Graduation (as applicable)
- Candidate must have at least 55% in Post Graduation / Graduation (as applicable)
- Relaxation in qualifying marks: Up to 5% for SC and PwBD candidates (minimum 52.25% in Post Graduation / Graduation as applicable).
Salary / Pay Scale
- ₹47,600 – ₹1,51,100 + usual allowances as applicable from time to time.

- Ex-servicemen: relaxation to the extent of military service + 3 years (subject to conditions in notification)
- Haryana Govt. adhoc/contract/work-charged/daily wages experience: relaxation equal to completed years on equivalent post (subject to maximum age 52 years and conditions)
Important Notes (as per notification)
- Candidates must give cadre preference (Rest of Haryana / Mewat). If not given, Rest of Haryana will be treated as 1st preference.
- E-Admit Card will be available online; no admit card will be sent by post.
- The Commission reserves the right to call candidates directly for Subject Knowledge Test without conducting a Screening Test.
- The exam paper (Screening Test and Subject Knowledge Test) will be in English only.
